Looking back at what I do and how I do it, it’s very clear that I have a creative mind, and work where I feel inspired.

Trying to get me to “do what I’m told”? Yeah, that’s never held for more than like half a year, then I get bored and go buh-bye. Or I get rebelious…

Mind you, I understand perfectly what a privilege it is, to have the possibility to work in that way, and to get to work with people who (at least seem to) understand how I work, what makes me tick, and know how to leverage that.

In the end, though, that’s still it. If you want the best I can be out of me, get me inspired. Anything else simply doesn’t work, in the long run.
